yes we have an image to create and theres no point starting off with a bad rep off the bat. also we dont want heat for everyone in the team cause of one person.
always make sure you represent the team in the best possible light and we will represent better at shows and the track...
id also like to add that we all need to support one another, that means watch your conduct with all members of the team

As an example. The Ottawa crew meet up weekly at a Government owned Wind Tunnel (national research council). We show up there on Friday nights after 7 and usually hang out there for a few hours before heading off to eat. The guys that work security there and on the base grounds allow us to go there because we don't cause any problems. They often come out to talk to us and in one case, actually let us drive down on the grass to get a group picture in front of the tunnel.
Here's one from the beginning of the season.

Here's one we took on the grass.

conduct at all times affects the image of the team, meet or no meet...
didnt mean to pick at what you said dasica but i just want people to know that if they are identifiable to the team, how they act affects us all...regardless of where they are at the time

Yeah that's what I meant about driving around I should've worded that better. I've noticed that every sunfire/cavilier (around here) wants to race whats with those guys anyways.

Thats exactlyw hat I was thinking. We are all mature enough not to do stupid stuff and If I wanted people to tell me what's right and whats wrong I would chill with my parents. All I wanna do is have some fun with my Ottawa 7th gen buddy's and meet some new 7th gen people. Personally I think the rules and regs should be abolished
^^ hahaha I see that you had to read that book in high school too

its OK ... but if were meeting at 2AM (which the oldschool PPL used to do) and were at a local Timmies near a residantial area its just not cooll
but otherwise... remember to respect the local are.... alot of PPL appreciate a good system... but alot more would rather not have to listen to it...
and yes there ae exceptions

^^thats pretty obvious for most people. I just think were taking it a bit far by decribing what can and cannot be done. Realistically the majority of the time we will be together with the members in our own area, so those problems can be dealt with if they happen.

Yeah after reading all that I guess rules can be overboard. I think the main point out of this is respect others, respect the general public and use common sense. Kinda like if a cop was sitting right there would I be doing this.

whats this stuff about having to wear a hat or tshirt or have a sticker? haha, i hope this is a joke. cant force ppl stick thing on their cars or wear clothing...
any ways, reading everything i gather that we have genralized rules, but reserve the right to refuse or dismiss membership (under severe circumstances)
basically if we over hear or see a member misrepresenting the teams then we will deal with i accordingly. use common sense it the most important part.

Come on Abe whats with the agreement. I am not even interested in reading it. I am not taking this to serious. I am just saying that I am not going to change the way I drive or listen to music. Making agreements for this club or whatever you want to call it is taking this to serious. What ever happened to have good old fun with people who share the same interest?
Vic- Common sense thats is all I have to say
I think if we all have a little common sense things will be fine. We don't need an agreement telling us the rules. I am here to have fun with my car. If I have to agree to an agreement and rule that are just stupid then I will just stick with the ottawa group. This is just bullshit. We are all adults I don't need ppl telling me what I can and cannot do.

I don't like the sounds of changing avatars and wearing shirts that might be a bit of an overkill. Stickers should be optional since I'd imagine we'd have to pay for it. Customizing your car is based on individualism and we shouldn't force people to conform.
VicLX: I agree with you on the whole 2AM blasting system thing cuz I feel the same way when some punk is blasting his subs on full while Im sleeping. Im not trying to start an argument seeing as you are a nice guy but In my opinion we should use our common sence and thats all. I got nothing against you dude I jus think this whole club rules and regs thing is childish thats all

i dont think vic meant to use the rules an reg as a way to police the team. its there in case...its just more formal. i mean you dont need work to tell you not to steal from them but they have to tell you...not cause they dont think you can excerise common sense, it just to cover their butts "just in case"
vic is going to be a regional rep and he really wants this team do great things, build a good rep and make a name in the car world. so please everyone, dont take the wrong way. we are still working out technicalities and details to make everyone happy and make sure we put ourselves in a position to make this team great
