California Mod Laws
Check it out, some things that I just learned about California Law...
1. Radar jammers. Radar detectors are legal, but jammers, or any device which interferes with radar signals, are illegal (28150 VC).
2. Headlights brighter or higher wattage than those from the factory. You may be able to see better, but the lights are illegal (24011 VC).
3. Incorrect color of turn signal. It must be white or yellow to the front, red or yellow to the rear (24953 VC).
4. Illegal windshield washer nozzle lights. Only white or yellow are allowed. (25106 VC, 24003 VC).
I was under the impression that radar detectors were illegal (guess not)...and that windshield washer nozzle lights were illegal as well (guess not, even though they are stupid and pointless)...and I thought that blinkers always had to be yellow in the front...whatever, I thought this stuff was pretty cool...if you guys want more info go Here

putting HID in your stock housing is illegal.
Lets make this real guys.... everything is ilegal so do it anyways find a way of avoid being caught or getting around it.

but yea, i have the LED washers, cuz my stock ones wouldn't fit in my CF hood and i needed something to fill in the holes... they were legal because they were white... they just can't be blue or red because they are cop colors... but i still disconnected them cuz i was winning rice points with them,
i ended up painting them black (even the LED part lolz) so they look better now...

Rep Power: 0 If you want to get more technical, you are only allowed to have 4 white lights in the front part of the car on. For instance, your headlights count as one, if you got fog lights on as well, you can be pulled over for those washers, even though they are white. I read that in the book as well but can not think of the exact number code it was under. I'll be back about that.
