HKS Exhaust

Do any of yall know, will HKS ever make the complete catback exhaust system for the 7thgen? I would love the HKS exhaust but i'm going after the Apexi N1 since they dont make the full HKS exhaust.

sKwiD is on a distinguished road
probably not. HKS said that the stock piping is fairly decent, which is why they only made an axle-back. I have it and it sounds great, not too loud. Can't really tell HP, but the car accellerates easier and smoother than stock.

blackhawkcvc is an unknown quantity at this point
I just had the mid-pipe redone by a shop. They took out the
cat and replaced the stock 1 5/8 deal with 2 1/4" piping for $80 bucks.
The cat on the haeder keeps the car barable so don't remove all the cats
if you want it to stay quiet. My car has an OBX header Followed by strait
pipe then the HKS exhaust. Its crazy loud but only when above 3500 RPM.

Only for the EP3 (Si).

The axle back is HKS's route for our car. If you need a N1 lemme know. I can cut you a sweet deal on it, including shipping.

BTW blackhawkcvc, you must have had your resonator removed, not your cat. That is what makes your exhaust louder and real raspy. The cat ebing removed and not replaced would cause a CEL, you'd fail emissions testing and have really bad fumes coming from it.

he's right, hks said that our cars would lose what little we had from adding bigger piping.
