If not try pm'ing carbonfly or some other people that have this. Sorry I couldnt be of more help. I'm also really interested in this too. Just money is the biggest issue.

I got one (not installed yet), but I believe it would be useful for where I'm going next with ported head and pulley. One member with light mods and tuning said he got 10hp out of it.

Hmmmm, 10whp w/ light mods (what's light?) and the vafc2. That seems kinda high, did he have a dyno? After getting my vafc2 dynoed and tuned I only gained about 7whp. I have intake and venom only for my engine mods. FYI, like cwick stated, all cars, even ours are diff. from each other (learned that the hard way and just got mine professionally dynoed and tuned, worth ever penny) and needs to be dyno tuned for the vafc2. Otherwise you'll never get the settings close to right and just lose more power. Also, I agree w/ cwick, the best VTEC engagement setting is nothing. Just leave it passive/stock, I know why even get the vafc2?! Well, it gets you the most real whp gains and optimizes your powerband better w/ a/f corrections, etc. where needed. Plus it looks cool, has a voltmeter, and no cel at all Trust me when I had them set the VTEC engagement high (5000+ rpms) I lost almost all torque and setting it low (<2000 rpms), I lost torque all over the powerband (though not as much as a high setting) and the engine was very unstable at the lower rpms (it would pull hard, then immediately slow, then hard, then normal, or whatever order it felt like). Passive VTEC engagement definitely is the best imho...

I agree. I'm getting mine tuned once everything is done. Now to find a way to change the green control dial lights to blue

Damn gearbox, always changing your lights Just kidding I'd do the same if I didn't already have green lights in my interior already to match it.

Correcting myself... I meant for a bolt-on. FI is always the most gains for hp/$.

I have a feeling I won't be able to. The only green I have is the A/C and cruise lights. And I try to keep those off I think I'm gonna hide it in the glove box anyway.

That's exactly where I mounted mine, I like things hidden yet still easily accessible. Mounted it at the top-back of the glovebox so I can easily see it when opening the glovebox, but still have plenty of space to store stuff. I'm sure you already know, but make sure to connect the VTM wire like Fly said or you may get a cel. Even if you don't connect it as long as you don't change the VTEC engagement the cel shouldn't come on.
