Adelphia cable internet good? Ok!! Im gettin pissed wit my DSL!! I was wondering if anyone here has Adelphia internet cable? And is it any good?

Rep Power: 332 its OK......not the most stable. Well thats speaking for my area. Its kinda pricey for what i'm getting. DSL is better for the buck. its getting cheaper and cheaper nowadays....just my .02

I've also heard good things about it from other people and we already have their cable service, so we might get it!!

I just moved to 909 and adelphia is the only company that offers internet connecton on this area.
This sucks, I've contacted verizon wireless, sbc, comcast, road runner and none of those company offers on 909 area.
Blah, I guess adelphia it is.
Cable connection seems decent, i currently using them on my friends house and it's not the best connection i've ever seen.

Rep Power: 0 I have Adelphia Cable internet. It's pretty good. Right now they have that promo for $29.95/month. Verizon is laggin' it big time so I had no choice but to get cable. I wonder how Verizon DSL is though.

But right now i have adelphia cable for 39.99 for basic, expanded basic and starz movie channels, vonage and adelphia internet for 29.99 till the end of the year. Only problem ever with the cable is they always lock my email account, stupid idiots
so all in all, around $95 for umlimited nation wide phone, cable and internet, good deal
But you can't beat 14.99 for sbc if ur area has it, but the majority of the time, my speeds are above 3mbs compared to dsl 1.5mbs
