Don't know if its any member of this forum or yall know who this was, but on the way to San Marcos (very early in the trip, just on hwy 99 aka Grand Parkway) I played around with this 02 + (cause thats when the offered this color) tanish brown or whatever color it is coupe. Think it was an Ex, but I was suprised that it could almost hang with me (remember mazdaspeed now, no more civic here). I did have 3 people in the car, our belonings for a weekend trip, a full tank of gas (13 gal.) and lots of beer in the trunk, so granted I was weighed down alot. But it was trying hard. However, I really would like to meet the driver of this car, because he is the STUPIDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A CAR. Its all fun and nice to play around with another car for a bit on the road, but to put yourself and others on the road in danger is just STUPID. This guy was cutting off people, driving on the shoulder to pass, and just plain being an *******. He almost caused one major accident by passing on the shoulder. Hopefully he saw the finger that my passengers gave him, but I sure would like to meet this guy.
i agree, passing on the shoulder is part of racing, if you aren't prepared to do it, or don't have the cajones to do it, then dont race on the highway....it may not be safe, but niether is any type of racing on the streets so....before u dog someone out, look at what you were doing first....

Rep Power: 0 first off, I don't think that car was him, it had the wings west lip kit on it I think. Second, you people are stupid. A friendly short run to 70 on a clear highway is OK in my mind. However, when you keep on going past 70, right into 2 vans traveling about the same speed as each other, and swerve onto the shoulder (most likely scaring the **** out of the passengers of the van), thats just plain STUPID and RUDE.
a run on the highway 2 70 is pointless....whats that gunna prove...you were both already rolling for one...and as hey said you cant say thats stupid...racing is racing either way its not safe
I for one am very guilty, i will admit to swerving in traffic, and driving on the shoulder to pass people going too slow... am i stupid, sure sometimes, but you "mr, I drive a mazdaspeed and its the ****" can suck it bro, you ain't gonna call me stupid dude...who the fawk are you?
