FS: 17" Rims and Octane NBP Body Kit! Low prices! *PENDING*

i'm selling my 17" racing hart rims with winstar tires. They are 205/40ZR17. Im looking for only 650 - 700 for them since i got them brand new for 1 grand. The tires have only about 3-4k miles on them, still in great condition. The rims are in good condition, on one of them the screw broke off of the center cap, but 1 screw holds it on firmly enough, no real damage. I would prefer pickup, but shipping can be a possibility if the price is upped a little. Here is a pic of one:

NBP Octane full body kit for sale.

The front bumper has 2 damage points on it (where you will see in the pics), 1 of which i have fixed up with a fiberglass repair kit, and all it needs is to be sanded down and painted. The other side i got a body shop to quote on and they said they could do both sides good as new for $75. Either way, the damage is barely noticable. The side skirts and rear bumper are in perfect condition and looks really good on the 7th gen. Due to how much i payed for it and the cheap repair, i am asking $600. I prefer pick up but am willing to ship oif the price is upped a little as the price is negotiable. I am located in san diego california. Heres the pics i promised :
