5600 for a 900 mile motor isn't too bad, considering how much shipping and whatnot is.

as matter of fact I was just talking to throttlenotbottle (jeff) earlier today from this site, he lives in cali just swap the engine, just US type S engine w/no further mods all motor currently running mid 14s, which is not bad after all. I think I'm just going to get type S engine for 3k then bolt on cybernation stage one turbo kit, what do you think guys. cybernation will guanrateed to 280whp true power about low 13s. stage II is not street legal, so I'm not even thinking about that.

as a matter of fact the type s engine will probably be a little over 3k, and you will need another 2k in additional parts for the swap. as a matter of fact it is a very comprehensive changeover so don't expect to spend 3k on the swap.

YOu need to research this a little more bro. IM not saying you dont know what your talking about but the questions your asking just make it seem like you havent thought this through fully. Measure both pros and cons of both applications. YOu also need to understand your not just gonna have to buy the engine your gonna need subframes, mounts, hoses and more from various other cars to make things like the PS and AC work and then you need to worry about the immobilizer system and gettting the ECU flashed and making sure the shops are doing thins properly etc.
Reseach bro.
