hey guys, just chilling here in Tokyo for the Auto Salon ... here's just 1% of the eye candy you see on the streets.

Rep Power: 0 the@white car is a Nissan Skyline GTR ... a sweet 4 wheel drive car that pushes out some serious HP.
The car culture in Japan is serious ... when people decide to modify their cars its no joke. Party because the racing scene is intense and not just stop and go or straight line stuff. Whats popular here is highway racing ... but the highways here are built like rings ... so what you have is a ciruclar circuit with no shoulder and two lanes only. Sorry kids, but the only Honda's you see doing that sort of racing is an NSX and maybe a S2000, nothing else can really keep up with the turbos they have in Skylines, B4 twin turbo legacys, supras, S13 - S15 ... but i did see some nice type-r's ... maybe they were boosted. Anyway, what happens is they all gather at two parking lots at either end of the highways and do runs over the rainbow bridge; which everyone has probably seen in Playstation games. Street bikers are just as insane.
oh, and look at the license plates ... they're all on hinges so they are hidden from photo radar .. which is the only real form of patrol ... unless they crack down there aren't any cops cruising the highway!
