i drove mah friedns 7th gen and his civics clutch was WAYYYY softer then mine.. then i drive sumone elses 7th gen and his was also WAYYY softer then mine.. so how do i make mine softer??????
It could be that the seat was closer to the pedals or in a higher position than your used to that made the clutch easier to press.
Our hydraulic clutch's are so smooth and soft. In fact I think they might be too soft with not enough feel in engagement.

You cannot make your clutch softer to depress. If you bought a weaker pressure plate it would make the clutch softer, but they don't make weaker pressure plates. Take it to the honda dealer, something may be binding (specifically the slave cylinder hydraulic line).

Yeah. . if their clutching feels softer it's either because your's is too firm, or their clutch is weak from abuse or something. .
Also. I'm not sure if there are differences year to year. (ie. 2001, '02, and '03 models). Heck, I'm not sure there aren't differences in the trims (DX, HX, LX, EX, SI). So take what is different about the vehicles like year, and trim level.
Also take into consideration how each of you drive. If you are nice to your car, or if you beat it up. Also, the grease the dealer puts on the pedal is semi-permanent, every 5k - 10k you should regrease all the moving parts of the clutch pedal to keep it smooth and avoid grabbing and/or clicking/clunking noises.
If your pedal is retardedly more difficult to push down then I would be worried. Or if all your cars are the same, you all drive the same and your pedal has a good coating of grease on there, then I would worry about it and take it in other than that, just remember every car is different.
oh. . and lastly. The dealership can adjust it slightly to make it firmer or softer depending on how you like it. They can't change it enormously, but they can adjust it a bit. So keep that in mind too.

they could try bleeding the clutch fluid. i did mine after i bleed my brakes, using dot 4 ate super blue fluid. it made it ever so slightly firmer. but most of all, my clutch used to engage almost all the way out, now it's half way out. (pedal wise)
