Attn!! NEW LOCATION NOW POSTED and FOOD INFO. PLEASE READ!
First I would like to say thanks to everyone for their patience and cooperation in making this such a huge meet. I was busy most of the day so i had to lag on this a bit. I hope I can throw you guys a second successful meet which everyone enjoys and has a great time. Here is the last minute information regarding the meet. This will be the last I need to say till the day we meet. So everyone attending...please read!
Okay after hours of driving around and being nice and asking...people just want to take advantage of the situation. So i just said screw it and we're having the first meeting point at this new location. Many of you are already familiar with it since Chris lives right next to it.

This Location is very close to the old ikea. Maybe only a mile away or so. If anyone needs someone to contact just in case they get lost finding the place he/she can PM me and i'll give you my celly number.
TIME FRAME IS STILL 4:30-6:00 PM. Get there earlier so you can listen to what we need to discuss about the rest of the evening. I will need you all to check in as well before you enter the parking lot. I will still have assigned parking for everyone and will try and make sure the rest of the park goers are parked together in one section away from us(better photos haha).
When you arrive at 4:30pm please look for a few of us with walkie talkies who will be handling the meet. If you have any questions you can ask them or myself. I will introduce myself to everyone once everything is settled and everyone has arrived. Before you park please make sure you roll up and check-in. At that time I will verify you're on the list and hand you your name tag. From there a person will lead you to your parking spot and then you can start taking pics! I will be at the park around 3:30pm to make sure everything is secure and everything is workin smoothly. Later on within the hour I will speak about the cruise(I will have maps for everyone who is going on the cruise) and I will ask those to sign waiver forms to release me of any problems that may occur on the cruise. When you have a cruise of 20-30 cars.....it is strongly advised to drive safe and not show off. I just want to make sure this is a fun and safe evening for all of us. We will hang out for a while.....and we MUST be at THE BOAT by 6pm.
Restaurant Information:
I have already made the reservations for 42 guests and Tony from the Boat said if we had a few more it wouldn't be too much of a problem as long as we got there at 6pm sharp...before the dinner crowd starts coming in. To clear up any questions on paying for the bill....I will have the seats arranged between 5 different tables. Each table will have about 8 or so people which is much easier to handle and follow than having 40 people throwin in money for a huge check. This is to weave out any possibility that someone will run out on the check. I will have people sitting in certain tables so that we know who sat where and all that. Below I have arranged the people who will be sitting together. Of course you're not going to know everyone at one table but thats what the meet is all about. Meeting new faces and chattin about cars and the sort. Please take a look at the list below and maybe take note of who you'll be eatin with.
Sorry if this is ANOTHER long friggin speech...but this is just to make sure the meet is a well organized and successful one. Alright if anyone has any questions please let me know ASAP and I will answer them ASAP. Thanks for your time everyone. See you at the meet!

Restaurant Groups Just randomly chose most of em, and changed it accordingly to requests. Just know which table you're at and you should be fine. I'll also write it on your name tag at the bottom when you first check in as well.

Previous information on what happened:
Okay......NO the meet is not cancelled, but I got ratted out by the company who owns the old Ikea lot. Now that the po po will know the whole old ikea lot may be infested with imports, they will be checkin on that spot. Ridiculous how companies are so shady like that. Unless I pay them over 500$ to use it for 3 hours which is BS.
There will be a change in location for the first meeting point from 4:30-6pm. I will have the new location posted up by tomorrow so please check back with this announcement thread. It will not be far from the old ikea location. I am sorry for the last minute problem, but I didnt expect those dudes to be so **** about it. Security guard just recently changed and he was cool with it and all, but this last minute info. sucks.
I may just reserve the underground parking lot at Diamond Plaza where The Boat is and we'll just go ahead from there. Of course still go ahead with your pre-meet cruise down to the meet, but it will be a different location within a mile from the old ikea. So friggin frustrated......i will let you guys know a definite answer on or before tomorrow afternoon. Again I apologize and i'm trying my best to work something out with many companies and planning and all that. Thanks for reading this.

High School is empty and the gates are open. Wilson is like 1.12 miles from there, but kinda hidden. Um...only other thing i can think of is the mall out by American Tire Depot/Ethan Allen, but it is saturday so it might be busy.
