Welcome to the site and the suspension forum. I am happy that you read the FAQ, but search around a little bit before posting. Read Zzyzx's Suspenion Tuning 101 at the top too for more info.
Please do your research before lowering any car. Don't just slap a set of springs on your car and think that is all is going to be well. It is highly suggested that you get a set of aftermarket shocks. OEM shocks will slowly wear down and eventually die. Do not ask us how long they will last because we cannot give you that answer. It depends on many factors. The only ones available right now are the Koni Yellows. They will set you back around $550 shipped. It is also highly recommended to get camber kits, especially for the rear. You can get the SPC camber kit from a member here, danscreations, for $129 shipped for front and rear. That should do it for a safe setup.
You do not need new struts but you will have to modify your front struts to get the Konis to fit.

Ingalls will due just fine. I suggest ordering your konis from Rob at www.tornactive.com Danscreation, as far as I know, has the cheapest SPC camber kits around. Ingalls is just as good as SPC but you will pay over $130 just for the rear alone.
