i got my fenders rolled

i got my fenders rolled today. has anyone else done this to their car? i know derrick, iceman, has. i'll be honest, it cost me $40 at discount tires. vic said he usually charges $70, my ***! the job took less than 10 minutes.. i'm sure vinnie could've done it for me! i'll take picture of it when it stops raining.. they basically just cut it huh?

now its time to slamm the front!

cutting it would take longer, and if not using the right saw blade, you can chip the paint off the rest of the outer fender...and make it look like poop. i am sure discount tire just roles it over, easier than cutting and less of a risk.

Can someone inform me why it is necessary to roll your fenders? Is it cuz the tires might rub up against it???

when you lower your car you have camber right? so that when you go over bumps and your wheels go up and down they go into the fender well, right? well, what if you get a camber kit and the wheels are stright but slammed? they hit the top part of the fender, i'll take pictures for you tomorrow, therefore we roll fenders. [i hope that made sense]

InOvAtStyL is on a distinguished road
I rolled my fenders, but it was still rubbing when I drove, so when I got my widebody put on, I had them shave the whole damn inner fender. But like mentioned above, the bat does wonders to a car (both good and bad)

Not to rub it in or anything but you got jipped. I coulda rolled your fenders for 5$...all you need is a pipe from home depot and you roll the fender in by holding the bar at an angle and letting the car roll backward to bend the fender in so it doesnt rub. Just something i picked up from some old foggies at SPUGEN. doesnt screw up your fender or paint doing this way. I've rolled my rear fender and it did the job.

Yeah, I shoulda studied to be a scientist instead of a psychologist, huh?
I couldn't stop thinking about the noises..... it sounded bad. I'm surprised your car didn't "cry" too like someone.

I think my car is not a morning person. It doesn't do well in the middle of the night either. It's a warm midday person.

im dropped on progress springs too. and i have 17's wrapped in 205/40/17 paradas. i havent' had a problem with rubbing. although, there is literally a finger gap between the fender and tire. but i rolled my fenders a bit. i might roll them up a bit more just in case, tomarrow.

but i saw ur pics and ur rear has like zero finger wheel gap. i just installed the springs a couple days ago. maybe mine haven't settled yet?
