i have a hook up at al and ed's in brea. he did the civic for $125. if you have to install remote start, it'll be another $100, but i dont' know if you are going that route since you have to bypass the immobilizer on the key. if it's just a straight install, al and ed's is where i go. i also get parts there for ebay prices. it may be a few bucks more, but you have to consider shipping and warranty that comes from al and ed's.

If you wanted to DIY, its really not that hard, i did mine twice, 2 different alarms, and this one has remote start and window modules.
