K series w/AWD?
I read a post earlier on this subject and someone (Grey i think) said that the american AWD tranny sucks but that there was a Jap AWD tranny. I'd like to do a Frankenstein swap + turbo + AWD. could i get any info on a good AWD.
I read an article while waiting to get an oil change that someone had an older civic hatchback with just the 1.6D motor with AWD and i think it was 463HP daily and like 600+ with the boost turned up, spraying, and with race fuel.
I was thikning with the frank, sleeved, pistons, rods, springs & valves, and cam. i could get 500+ HP on 93 octane.

The CRV's transmission and gear ratio is not built for what you want. It is designed for an SUV type of driver. In other words, unless you plan on driving off road and up hills, it's not a good setup. And more expensive than just going out and buying a WRX by the way. Be logical.

Rep Power: 0 you can get a AWD CRV with a manual trans, not only do you havto make room for the axle to the rear dif but you havyo chop off the rear suspenson (all of it) you need to do so much it would cost like $35000
