just buy it then you can get the sf kit and build the hell out of it and when your ready to sell just swap your original one back in.

I just wanna make note that this is for the DX and LX trim levels. This won't fit an EX, unless you remember to remove the exhaust manifold. Also, I don't know how this will work with an EX computer, because it will be looking for a VTEC solenoid to send to. Just keep that all in mind if you're buying it.

Actually, I read that back in the 90s when people were doing B-series swaps every two seconds, shops would put the D-series engines in their back alleys HOPING they would get stolen. It hasn't come to that yet with the D17s, but then again, it's supply and demand.
