This sunday at Belmont Racetrack in Elmont there is a judged car show. I was just wondering what 7thgens were going to be there. When I had my civic, I went there and got first for Japanese Stock. Prototype has been there for shows before and has gotten awards too. So if you are in the area and you want to show, clean your car up and bring it down. I believe it is $15 to register. Im not sure what time you have to be in to be judged but I believe it is before 10am. We usually get there around 8am so you get a good spot.
I will be there with my fiancee but not to show....I dont think many people want to see a stock Prizm lol.

Its a decent show...and Its pretty easy to get a trophy....

im prob. gonna go.
TonySTiX if you are gonna enter your car you have to be there by 10:00
they judge all day and give out trophies around 3:00
its different from alot of import shows, this show judges on safty as well
so you have to have your jack, spare, manual, fire extinguisher(sp) and a first aid kit
to get full points for that catagory.
its a good time, mostly older cars and muscle cars, usually around 30-40 imports sometimes more, sometimes lesse.
but its not bad.

mndthegap1...too bad you didnt go, you missed a hell of a good show. There had to be at least 200 cars there. There was at least 50 imports there...Alot of 6th gen civic's mitsus too. There was one eclipse and one civic with lambo doors. I was really hoping that you went...My nephew kept asking me where your car was.....
Anyway on the way home we made a right on meachum ave in elmont, and Tom's civic was sitting in front. My nephew thought it looked cool with the flames on it but he thought the car was Jay's....He said I wish he was outside so I could see the doors open, and then I told him it wasnt your car...and that you probably forgot or something.....Anyway....It was a good time.
