I was at a red light on my way to pick up little_red for work and I see this celica haul a$$ up to the light and stop and I was like wtf ??? lol I look over and it was like a mid 40's asian dude

he looked at me and nodded then reved his engine. I laughed but thought what the hell this was just too funny. So I hear him power braking so I get hers going and on green we both took off. I got a lil bit of a jump in him and all the way to the next light hes was at my door. pretty close race. the asian guy gave me thumbs up. it was great stuff! lol anyways kinda cool cause I though the woulda beat me damn auto celicas. oh well. lol

I'm gonna see if one of the guy on my team can come over so I can get a vid of teh civic vs auto GT-S. that should be funny cause the GT-S might actually lose. lol

Seriously auto in a GT-S is a joke. the powerband is so high that even using that sport tronic mode you bog after hitting lift. Stock they are high 16 low 17 second cars easily. where they will pull on the civic is top end. GT-S should have NEVER had an auto option. I think it would be a pretty close race between the 2. but who knows. I just really HATE auto GT-S cause a lot of people are retarded and don't know that it does come in auto so they think all celicas are slow.

An Auto GT and AUTO GT-S get similar times in the 1/4 but the GT will win in the 1/8.

I have all of the fastest stock times from anyone on the 4 different celica sites I go on so I will use my times.

Stock Full Interior - 14.849
Several people are in the #2 spot with 14.9's
Average GT-S driver stock would be 15.3's

Modified N/A the fastest is the one above with 13.989
(hopefully beaten saturday by my teamate) That guy is on the east coast in canada set the record last saturday in 30 degree weather ish.

Fastest F/I was 12.5 by my teamate mods were FULLY built engine, Turbo, 75 shot nos, DR's, and some "secret mods"

then theres a full pro celica rippin it up with 8 second 1/4 mile times. lol

these times I say are best again are best I know of outa the 4 different celica sites I go to and that I have personally seen at the track!! So if you saw better then my bad!

you still have a lot of room for improvement left. i hope that 60' is a typo. someone i know has a stock celica GT-S and it ran a 2.19 60'. you know youve got to do better than taht.

Kinda sounds like when I embarrised this girl with a GT-S. I assumed it was auto. She was pretty hot too....anywho...we pull up at a light I noticed her car cuz she had the action package and 17's. Looked nice. When the light turned green we both hit it. I easily put a car on her by 40. I have an EX 5spd w/ I/E. Haha at the next light she did not even look over.
