18's on neuspeed race?

just keep in mind tire size... right now i'm running 215-40-18 and wanted to go with neuspeed race but it seems like i might rub.
right now i'm on 215-40-18 with neuspeed sports and 1 finger gap all around.
215-35-18 with neuspeed race would give you the same gap and would look really nice....
