point BEING is that we had a kickass weekend and you didn't.

was it really such a surprise that no one from MD/VA was going to show up for the "meet"? hence the reason no one plans **** anymore. i was going to plan a day meet sometime in November for everybody at Dave & Busters (or somewhere equivalent), but now i really don't think i should. i don't want to waste my time.

Now for my input: I didn't go...I flaked. So, flame me if you want because I'm usually the type of person that will do exactly as I say. I called Freddy late on Friday and told him I wasn't going to make it. I went out with a friend who's here visiting and we were way too drunk at 230 am for me to even try and wake up at 430 and drive to NJ. It was a safety thing, not a being too tired thing. You can't sober up in two hours of sleep. Flame me if you'd like, I don't care, but don't be flaming Freddy. Yeah, he planned it, but he wasn't the only one who didn't go! We (those who didn't go) are all equally at fault. You can't blame Freddy for other people not showing up when they said they would, they're grown and Freddy has no power over them. [/rant]
