Ceramic paint additive as insulation? What do you guys think about the potential thermal insulation of this vs header wrap?

Since its intended as a house paint, do you think it'll burn off? "The microspheres in the HY-TECH additive blend have compressive strengths from 6500 to 60,000 psi, a softening point of about 1800° C., and they are fairly chemical resistant, with low thermal conductivity of 0.1 W / m / Deg.C. "
I'm considering this for an intake.
