anyone have battary problem?

i have a 2001 model and the battary died on me yesterday. i dont leave the radio on w/o engine running, no sound system and just got to 30,000 miles on it. oh and my key light keeps on blinking sometimes and takes a while to for engine to start. anyone have info on this? should i take it to dealer or replace battary?

You need to find out whats causing the problem, it could be a voltage draw on the battery when the cars shut off, bad connection, alternator, slipping alternator belt, starter, etc. Take it back to the dealer before your warrenty expires.

i have the same problem.... my dealer won't warrenty my car.. lol... but yea.. i really wanna know whats wrong with it...

Civic batteries suck. try to get a new one under warranty. if not, buy an optima yellow top...it was probably the best upgrade i have done to my car so far.
