M3 Coming apart!!!
On my way home this afternoon I noticed that the actual mirror part of my drivers side side mirror (does that make sense?) is coming off. I tryed to push it back and it does seem firmly in place. But if it fell down like it is, then what if it happens again and falls off?!?
Has anyone else had this problem, or have any ideas on how I could fix it???
Heres pics of the good one first...
bad one...

So the actual mirror is sliding off from gravity? Geez they must of used some cheap glue. If you can pull the mirror off, maybe re-glue it back on with some better glue.

The mirror doesn't snap in does it? I had that problem with my OEM mirrors and then disvcovered that it was just a matter of snapping it back in.

money does mean alot to me, but if you dont like the way your mirror looks now and cant get the problem corrected, just might have to buy new ones. Are these the ones off of ebay, or are they actual mirrors from a m3?

I dont think they snap in, casue it really looks like it slid somehow...
i could try to get it off, but what if it snaps from the pressure or somthing??? thats a good idea that I had thought of as well tho
you suppose that some auto glass place could make a piece to fit, that is also tinted blue???
