FRI. OCT. 17 - Official Riverside Meet (909, UCR)
Ok, I've been thinking and planning this for awhile now ever since this thread was started... Well here's how its goin down.
WHEN : Friday, Oct. 17. With nightkids1's suggestion, the meet will start at 6:00 P.M.
WHERE :
University Village Near UCR.
1201 University Ave
Riverside, CA 92507-4563

The UV is usually busy during this time, so it will be very hard to find parking outside. So as a solution we will park at the upper levels of the parking structure. This way we can line up, take pics, talk, etc. Everyone likes to park outside because it's closer, but I want everyone to be parked together.
UPDATE: I visited the UV parking structure today and it seems that they now charge $2 for first hour then $1 per hour after first hour to park there. However, there is 1 HOUR FREE VALIDATION IF YOU EAT FROM FAST FOOD RESTAURAUNT IN UV AND 90 MIN VALIDATION IF YOU EAT IN RETAIL RESTAURAUNT. So make sure you guys come hungry and go buy some food in the UV. My apologies, every time I parked there it was free so I assumed it was free.
I don't think there will be any problems as long as no one is doing donuts or anything stupid like that. THERE IS A POLICE STATION IN THE VILLAGE SO DON'T BE DUMB. I want this to be a really chill meet and I don't want it to be broken up because of 1 person's stupidity.
WHAT :
We'll chill in the parking structure for about an hour. During this hour, we'll go down and get some food. There are plenty of choices for food. There's Boompa's, Village Wok (Chinese), Quiznos, Rubio's (Mexican), etc. There's also plenty of places for dessert like Ben & Jerry's, Boba Cafe, and Starbucks.
UPDATE: After the UV....
Finish up eating and around 7P.M. - 7:30ish (around the time 1 hour validation runs out)
We will LEAVE the UV and head over to Shooters Sports & Grill

1. Take the Starbucks/Quiznos exit.
2. Left onto University Ave.
3. Left into 60 W freeway entrace.
4. Take 91 West.
5. Exit Tyler St.
6. Left on Tyler St.
7. Left on Indiana Ave.
Thats about it. Then we chill at Shooters till whenevers.
WHO: Any and everyone is invited, doesn't matter what car, and it doesn't matter if your not from Riverside. Just come out and make the drive. I just don't want troublemakers that will ruin the meet for everyone.

One last thing....
As you can see all types of cars are coming, not only 7thgens. So please don't hate, everyone has their own style and their own budgets and of course, ALL our cars are under construction (modding up your ride is NEVER done IMO). If you have negative comments, please keep them to yourself or at least provide constructive criticism. I don't want any fights or anything to break out. Alright, thats about it... hope to see you all there!
