anyone not have problems with their civic?

I know that alot of people are having problems with their civic and it is a nightmare, but is there anyone out there that has had no problems whatsoever with their 7thgen? I have a 2002 and have about 48,000 miles on it, and it is running strong. I even use my car to deliver pizza 6 days a week and it runs great. Only ever problem was a brake problem that nees new drums, getting those today. My car has never givenme any problems other than that.

I've only got 13.5K miles so far, but no problems to report. I have a couple of squeeks and rattles, but nothing major. Runs good and feels reliable. Slow but fun to drive.

Chuckle..but OTHER than the 3 replacments suspension nothing ever went wrong. I'm pretty sure you can't claim NOTHING went wrong with your car...Sheeeeeeesh.

Other than a whole new engine, 3 seat bushings, a new quarter panel, a new gas tank, and a new frame...I have haven't had any issues.

Yeah go ahead and rub it in. My car only has 17K and feels like it's ten years old. Please refer to my recent post entitled "my car is dying" among many you'll see. I dynamatted my entire car, including trunk, rear deck, doors, and floor. There is still rattle from the back and some up front. You guys should feel VERY lucky.

I have 27K miles on my 01' and no problems at all. I never even had rattle related to my system and I have a 15". Weird, I didn't have to do anything to prevent rattle, there just wan't any to begin with.

2002 with 45k, only problem is that the ac, rear defrost and air circulation buttons no longer illuminate when i turn the lights on. people only incur problems when they mistreat their cars. install things correctly and don't drive it like its a skyline because its not. just because you put an intake, header and exhaust on for an extra whopping 3-5 horsepower, doesn't make it a racecar. treat your car right and you won't have problems...

That's not always the case. I baby my car and rarely take it past 4K rpms. Have you read my post entitled, my car is dying? Plugs are fouled, everything needs to be replaced, and the engine sounds like crap. Oh and only 22mpg for gas mileage.

03 civic coupe ex auto, 17k miles in 8 months, and no problems to report. I always buy Shell, or Texaco gas, I think maybe some of these engine problems could be solved with more expensive gas, just a thought though...

02 EX M/T coupe, 22,670mi. A very small squeak from sunroof, and the loose AC vents, which I fixed myself. As for the Motor and tranny, it runs flawless.

i have a 2002 (got in november 2001). just hit 30,000 miles. the only things i have had to do is replace the brakes, and the interior trunk opener needed to be cleaned (it wouldnt open the trunk). let me also say that the 30,000 mile tune up costs around $300. that's rediculous. and if you look in your book that shows what they do, it all says "check this. check that" and MAYBE replace a couple things (air filter, etc). i just think thats stupid. no one else in my family has to spend $300 to maintenance their vehicle.

01 HX 46,000 - Replaced the computer at about 8k. Other than that, nothing. I use Hess gas and I get about 40mph on the regular. A tank lasts AT LEAST 2 weeks! (sometimes 3!!)

LOL... 2k1 ex coupe here and I have the same problem...
that and the cabin air vent won't deflect the air towards the floor.
I think it's had that problem ever since it was new tho and I'm just now noticing...
it's scheduled to go in this wednesday, so hopefully the dealer is kind to me

my car has no problems besides things i induced, such as

faulty p/s - fixed, because the p/s fluid needed change
squeaky suspension/bottom out - aftermarket springs
annoying exhaust - aftermarket exhaust
rattle plastic - removed to install speakers
srs light on - removed passengerside seat for a while
slow acceleration/not as good gas milage - rims
rough ride - rims, suspension

other than those things, the car drivers just dandy
