Blue civic SI in the Herndon/GF/Sterling area 10 PM??? Hey if anyone knows of a blue civic si with tag starting with JEM could you tell me who he/she is? Fun stuff today 
I tailed him, then he sped up, changed lanes, let me go ahead, tailed me, and then changed again and sped up. I guess we were having some fun because I never saw over 75MPH on my speedo.
This happened at around 10PM on Route 7 going from Great Falls to the Sterling area today!

Rep Power: 319 hey i've seen that car or one just like it on the prince william parkway the other day heading towards manassas, it was funny he'd get ahead of me and put on the brakes till i caught up
then get behind me it was strange but cool i luv the blue
