Its Friday, and its the first weekend with my car running. I am cleaning my car today, and gonna be driving around probably for a good part of the night. i might goto Salinas to run my car...but i wont make people drive that far if they just want to meet in Santa Cruz. It takes like 20min once you reach Hwy17. Its not that far.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but a engine swap isn't all that, plus, its already been done in the Bay Area. You're not breaking new ground by swapping out your d17, its been done before, a LONG time before. Besides, its not like you can take a RSX anyways, you just converted your 7thgen into a stock DC5.

Just wanted to see if anyone wanted to hang out tonight and check it out. And i raced an RSX-S last night and won...i do have CAI and exhaust on the motor...so yes i am faster than an RSX.
If you dont want to come...dont post up, especially if youre gonna hate like that.

no one is askin you to read my posts...you dont like it just dont read...ahh, the freedom of the internet. Wouldnt you be excited if you just finished a major project on your car? Wouldnt you want to show it off to your friends? I sure as hell want to. It might not be the only one if the Bay Area, but what...there might be one other? Most of the people on this board have yet to see one in person, and are anxious to see one, or even have a ride in one...i am giving them the option if they want. You might not be impressed with the swap, so dont let it get to you...you dont have to come.

When I have a finished product, im happy, state it once, and answer ?s if people ask. I dont ***** it around like I laid somebody famous. Yeah, the freedom of the internet. I'm using my freedom to say that I'm sick of hearing you brag about your swap. I never wanted you whoring up my thread, so now I'll return the favor, ***** yours up, and tell you that personally, I cant stand you.

Btw, you say that people are eager to see one and/or ride in one? Nah, you cant buy attention or buy friends with a swap. Pretty sad that nobody gives a **** about you or your ride.

but i would like to see the car, maybe not tonight but one day. hes put a lot of time and effort into and i respect that. no taking sides but theres no need to start this crap. if i put in the work he has into the car i would be damn proud and i know i would want to show it off.

Steve0...dude, im sorry that i pissed you off, i didnt know that i whored up one of your threads...i might of been really drunk that night or something. I dont want anyone to hold a grudge against me...i'll take your point into hand about "whoring" out my swap, and try and cut back. And there are lots of people that are very interested in this swap, maybe they are interested in seeing it cause they one day want to do it, and want to see how it all works, and fits together. Thats mainly why i started this thread...just to hang out and have fun. I didnt want to start anything. So, sorry again...i hope that you dont hold it against me.
