Is this where the fog lights go?
If you look at a stock lower grill, to the left and right of it there are these vertical pannels. The whole area is only like 3 or 4 inches tall. Is that where the stock fog lights go?
Can you remove this area? How?
What is behind it?

Then I tried to save it and then when I opened it it said the file is corrupt.
So, um, is there another place I could view that?

What do you guys think about these. I found them on eBay. They look kinda like a teardrop instead of the OEM oval shape. However, you may not be able to adjust the angle. Anyhow, both OEM and those look great! I am considering buying one of them too!

CivicSky, what car are those fogs for? They don't look like they'd fit our car w/o a lot of modification.

Bellz, you can compare them. They are actually the same in dimension if you include the black plastic area of the OEM. Drawback is that you can't adjust the angle as easy as the OEM.

I see. I'd love to see them installed. I'd also like to see the hardware they mount with and the instructions they come with. I'd update my DIY to include them if someone gets them and takes some good pics.
Do you have an eBay link?
I wonder if Rob at Tornactive can get them to sell?

To tell the truth, these look like accord fogs... no the 03 accord, but the previous gen.

I got some OEM fogs, but the damn glass lenses broke. So I bought some Smoked Plexi Glass, and used my dremel to cut them out. It look tyte now cause I got a nighthawk pearle civ with Black TYC headlights, and now the smoked fog lights. I thought the smoke was going to kill the lighting but it didnt make any difference to them at all, kinda looks cool, will post a pic later, a night pic of course and day.
I have PIAA 1700's and I have them mounted on the top half or the plastic center piece... On the outside edge of each side so they are mounted closer togather than the oem's...I think it looks good there and let me tell you 1700's are bright as hell.... Will try to get a pic up..
They ar efor civic hybrid and I don't think they'll look good on regular civic. This ebay seller stated that they 're for civic 03-04 but o4 fron facia i s different than civic hybrid 03...but you can give it a try - to much patchy work needed I guess

they sell them in the mall by my apt in Daytona FL..
