ok guys i already got me a sub! Polk Audio MOMO. it comes in air tight sealed see thru enclosure. but i still need a powerful amp to power this. the sub is 1000 watts at 500rsm.

Rep Power: 0 if the sub is 500rms...i don't think it would be wise to put 1000w to it since that is its max handling potential. i have an autotek street machine sx2300 that would put anywhere from around 800w to it depending on the ohm config of your sub (autotek is more well known to the true sound audio gurus...not really a mainstream brand, but used in many sound off comps). you can go here and look at the specs (i know you like the all chrome finish hehe)...

Rep Power: 0 mine?? i dont know how much. right now, the 15 inch speaker is being used by my friend and the 600 watt amp is seatin in my garage..
i really dont want that much money for those....
