Unhappy Hood deflector and CF hood

I got a CF hood and I cant put that peoce on top of the grill on....so now theres a empty space there.....They say I got to go to a customizer to get a peice custom made for my CF hood to fill in that place......I think I'll pass and put my old Hood deflector back on.....what do you guys think about Hood deflectors....I think they gay, but I got no choice

anybody know where I can get this peice custom made for me out of fibreglass or Carbon Fiber?

Im not sure if I totally understand your problem, but maybe an Altezza style grill will work. I know that it leaves a little gap in between the hood.

Nitehawk, I think the mean the trim piece at the very nose of the hood.......you should be able to pull that piece off your stock hood Boss

gusto got his trim piece removed from the factory hood and slapped in onto the CF hood
i think there's screws on that piece u are having trouble with.

the CF hood at Slipstream....their hoods come with the bonnet moulding in carbon fibre from the factory and already mounted on the hood...
