Like Copz...
I have a speaker like the cops have mounted in front of their cruiser... my question is what part(s) do I need to complete it and how do i rig it? I know I need a mic, but what else? You know, so you can speak through it 
Its not a siren, it looks like one, my friend got it for me for free cuz he works at pep boys, (i was trying to make the diy booty call) i hooked up to the battery and it sounds like its just a speaker, just getting a hiss) no noise. Anyway.. any ideas?

lol back in elementary school, my classmate's dad came to pick him up after school in their mark3 (those club vans). I found out it had a PA after his dad called him to the van "Hey Mike we're here!" LOL that was so funny.
