i wired my sidemarkers to the wire that makes it turn on with parking light and turnsignal.. now, i duno if this means that its on with the parking light and then blink during signal, or if its on for both times. for me, the sidemarkers are on the whole time i have my lights on.. this normal or am i just confused?

the sidemarkers will be on as soon as flip the lights to parking mode, low beams, and highbeams..

they are always gonna be on whenever your lights are on..

oooh.. then is there a way to have it on all the time, but blink WITH the blinkers?

oh hear is what u should do, the cables of the parking light and the turn signal, all end up in this small box thing, that has 3 connection with 3 wires going into it, these are the wires for the signal and the turn bulbs, now your turn signal will have 2 wires, try diffrent combinations, thats what i did, one combination u get the signal off, and it only flashes when u signal and flashes with the turn signal (at the same time), that is what i did to mine. the second combination they will flash opposite to the turn light (so when the turn signal turns of, the side marker turns on ). the third combination, the side marker will always be on, but when u signal it will signal.

if its the wire harness, theres only 2 combinations. theres a red, green, n black wire.. and black is the ground, so that leaves me with 2 wires.. and i tired both and didnt get the lighting that i want

I'm interested in this as well. I was under the impression that you needed a dual filament bulb to whole "parking light on plus sidemarker blinking with the turn signal" effect to work.
