Ok, i have no ****ing clue what there is for the 7th gen civic other than: Koni, Tein, JIC. If i could i would get ****ing kyb agx ones. Is the cheapest yet most quality one i can get going to be the Koni?

koni is just insert shocks.
go with fullcoilover setup. tein ss. basic. jic.
no kyb or tokico shocks for 7thgen yet

eventually they'll come out with the aftermarket struts that just fit in; at least thats what i'm hoping. u could get full coilovers but they cost a grip, or just wait for kyb or whoever to release something

yes konis are the ONLY aftermarket shocks available for our cars. either get those or true coilovers for a new shock.
