here in phoenix arizona, for some reason were having a little gas shortage, so everyone is a little on edge and a little more aggressive driving. oh well, goin to get gas here about ten minutes ago at this gas station close to my house, its about 1:30am. pull out and into the middle lane to pull up to a red light after getting gas,and next to me was this late eighties cavalier, riced out, no biggie, easy kill. and to the left of me was a 3.5se or whatever 2002 altima. i didnt think this guy wanted to have a go at it until he started inchin closer at the light, then i knew he wanted to crash and burn. long story short, i was a about a car length ahead of him from first second third and fourth. heheeh . dood wouldnt stop so i didnt stop, and in the end another victory for the little lx.


earlier this night as well, i raced a 2000 celica, must have been a automatic or just a gs, cause he couldnt hang, raced him from second gear up and pulled on him. then after him and his girl talked to me and gave me a thumbs up, i was glad to finally see some nice people driving around after get some exhaust in their face. man i cant wait to boost, cause soon ill fly it 2

3.5 altima huh, what kind of boost/shot are you running? cause thats a mid 14 sec car with a manual and a low 15 with auto. the other ones, i have no problem believing though. nice job.

riggghtttt, i dont think the v-6 3.5se auto, is a low 15 sec car, not possible, that car is heavy in fact, that engine doesnt produce that much horses, and the only mods i have are bolt ons, and non restrictive exhaust, better mounts as well.

Nice Kill! The 3.5se is ~723 lbs heavier than a stock LX coupe. That engine produces 245 HP stock. So lets say you are pushing 150 HP with your bolt ons...(yes I am being generous) and he is stock...he is still producing .08 horses per lbs. where you are producing .06 hpp. Gotta figure in gearing and I am just not that good at mechanical engineering...and it is a bit early/late for that...but he has you on power. So, basically he sucked at driving.

Anyway...this gas shortage sucks. Can't even get premium anymore. There are some guys that work here (Ahwahtukee) that live in Anthem and drive F-250s that are complaining. I had to laugh at them. Gotta full tank that will alst me well into next week.

That must suck. The whole gas thing that is. You do know why there is a shortage right? The only pipeline going into the phoenix area was damaged near El Paso. They had to shut it down. Kinda sucks. I have a cousin out there that just got an Insight 3 days before they shut down the pipeline. Talk about lucky lol.

um dude not trying to be an *** but in your profile you want to hit 15's it says and you say you smoked a 3.5 SE sorry bro can't believe that. maybe you thought hes was racing and wasnt some people are just impatient at lights?? I seen an automatic 3.5 SE with just exhaust run 14.1 - 14.2 all day in the 1/4 last time I went he parked with us So I know exactly what he had. he even had full interior. the Celica is believable cause you're bout the same as GT and auto GTS is SLOWER than GT. I dont usaully go on just to call BS but unless you show a time slip of you doing low 14's then I think he was just driving a little fast not racing sorry.

Well, I doubt he was lieing about the Altima. Cause I met this guy the otherday who when he races people presses the gas harder the higher the RPMs... can you believe the stupidity? He thinks that in 4th gear if you are @ 3K RPMS only put it down a little at 7 thousand, floor it.... ?!?!?... run... run very fast...

are you KIDDING ME? Look, man, quit dreaming. The altima wasn't racing. That's a 14 second car, the 3.5. AH HAHAHAHAHAHA. Unless you're boosted or spraying, you won't stand a CHANCE! You are driving a 16 second car. Do you know how much of a difference 2 seconds in the 1/4 mile is? Bad driving or not, there is just no way in hell that you would stand a chance against that car. He wasn't racing you. He was probably just trying to take a picture of your ricerocket so he could post it online and make jokes with his friends.

I dont know about that 3.5 maybe it was the 2.5,I eat those up all day. And the gas isnt going to be fixed for 2 weeks, they say they have to do testing on the lines. I am not looking forward getting gas and waiting 2 1/2 hours just to get it, on top of places tring to charge $4.99 a gallon

16 second car beating a 14 second car?? glad I'm not the only one who noticed that. for you math people you should know that 2 seconds = 20 car lengths. lol Maybe hes was an auto 2.5 SE easy to confuse just drivng past them to pull up to a light??? lol shoulda just stuck with the celica cause thats at least believable since a stock gt will run low 16 high 15's. so with your mods prolly driver race. lol

I got it but it took some concentration.lol at low rpms barely press the gas then at higher rpm floor it. so instead of a 14 he would get a 24. Something like that. lol

i didnt smoke it he was at my bumper, a cars lengths away, right there edge of my bumper through first, second third, and fourth, he quit after awhile, he couldnt pull on me, why is that hard to believe, cause ur peoples cars are slow with ur bolts ons, mine isnt, im a better dragger, a better racer. whatever u want to believe kids

u are on the other hand are a complete dumbshit, thinking my car is a sixteen second car. maybe during bracket racing yeah because of the consistent running in the heat here in arizona, but for p.r.'s for e/t's i was the 15.6 posted a while back, thats my p.r. maybe instead of acting like a complete goof and making assumptions, u should have ur facts straight then maybe then u might be smart enough to post on here.



"edit" on another note, yes the altima was automatic, i didnt state that in the beginning but i know the sound and look of an automatic versus a manual. plus it was a non modded altima, it wasnt that fast, it was pretty quick, but it didnt beat me

hate to resate it but a 3.5 se auto stock can beat me. and on a bad day in 100+ degree heat I can hit 15.4. but the 2.5se auto runs high 15's low 16's. and with auto driver isnt an issue you press and go no room for error. I still think it was a 2.5 that would makes sense and be a good kill!!! oh well.
