Question changing ignition wires on 02EX Atuo?

OK no I'm not a complete dumba$$. lol I know it has direct ignition just like my car. My question is has anyone experimented with switching to lower resistence wires leading to the coil??? If not any reasons it might hurt the car??? Just curious. thanx for the Help! I've seen it done on a celica and it actually gave a 2hp gain and helped the power band on a celica but just curious how the civic might react???

^^^ I havent seen anything about those wires. It is Just wires but sometimes things require a certain spec and going outside its know limits is bad. I dont know jack about the honda direct port coils so not sure how they work. But I guess it cant hurt too much to try!!! I'll definitly post the results!!!

hm...I am not sure putting the upper limit on wires is a good idea. I know too much current or what not is bad, but using wires as a limiter? err.....

not for a limiter, don't know where ya got that from?? I was curious if more cleaner electricity would give any help to the engine! not sure its gonna work though but we'll see if I decide to do it!!

I know you are not using it for a limiter...I am just saying if the manufacture used it as a limiter, and you changed the wires, then it might cause harm to the engine. Otherwise, it won't hurt the engine. 'cause in the first post, you were asking if it will hurt the engine and what not..
oh well, fill us in with the details and what not after you finish the install.
