heater not working

not sure why my heater isnt working, but when i turn the temp **** downward towards towards the red, i dont get any hot heat from my vents, its always cold like AC...

can anyone tell me why, or tell me things i can check and look into? thanks!

check the heater core for leaks... check for disconnected vaccume lines, check all fuses... check to see that you have coolant....
