TOMORROW is the Big day for me eehh.. i going to court wish me luck hopefully they dismiss my case or nothing going happen. PREY FOR ME!!.

absolutly go to court, and do it as soon as you are able to, wear a suit too. I have been thru this like 5 times (just talking, right ?) it should turn out alright for ya, the judge will prolly just give you some BS fine and not anything that goes on your record.... let us know how it goes...

If we did the cop like wtf and arrest me yeah How long do the court last? what kind of question do the judge/police ask me? Do they police show up?
i kinda don't feel like driving my *** to all the way to sac. how do i pay the bill? i think is like 50$ it alright for me i probaby just pay for it

Dont be a lazy *** lol, just go back to Sac and go to court, explain your case to the judge, and he/she could drop the fine at least and wipe it from your record. yeah, you'll get your ticket before you go to court too, BUT, that's not the court date, you HAVE TO MAKE a court date yourself at wherever it is it says you need to "appear in court". You make an appt, show up, tell the judge what happened, and she'll give you a few options. Nothing bad comes out of it unless you act like a dic* to the judge or get kicked out of the court room for some reason (I've seen it happen lol). I'm the Cop Magnet, i should know all this ishnit.

I think that my court day in the ticket it says They put a check on adult misdemeanor" You Must apperar at 10:00 am on 8/22/03 at scaramento superior court elk grove branch,8978 elk grove,ca,95624 hours 8:00 to 430 pm m-f". Do i go there early just to be like first in line for court room?

Who have a digial camera help me take some picture of the park,parking lot n the warning sign and drive way to parking lot and how far from driveway from sign at night time. Because i want to do that to show the judge i really didn't see the signs. Can anyone help me on this one? i don't really ask for anything but i really need help on this one. my court day is 8/22/03 this friday at morning. If you guys take some picture plz posted here and e-mail me with the picture My email address is JasonJason_L@yahoo.com. The park is zimbelmen park bighorn/caguna.

You dont need to show any proof, I THINK, call the # on the ticket and see what they say as far as presenting evidence in court. When I showed up to court, i plead not guilty, and they setup another court date where i HAVE TO present everything evidence if I have a chance of winning. But
