Need a little help

I'm lookin to take out my resignator box but not quite sure where it is
or how to take it out. If anybody knows could you help me out ?

are you talking about the resignator for the intake? if so remove the air box thats closet to the battery and the resignator is in there

It's called a resonator. It's the BIGGGGGG black box on the left side of your engine. I don't recommend it, but it sounds does NICE without it.

I wouldnt take the one off for your exhaust unless you want it to sound like an Evinrude.

is it bad for the engine to take it off if you still have the stock intake? is it recommended to put something over the hole that it uses to connect to the intake?
