Ever since I have been living here in Scottsdale I have seen many 7thgen coupes fixed up. IMO it appears that everyone and their mom who drives a coupe has begun to fix up thier rides.
I remember the very first night I spent in Scottsdale I thought that people AZ wouldn't hook up imports like we do in SoCal. I imagined that trucks with lifts and domestics were the "in" things in AZ.
As soon as I stop to look at a map near Via Linda, it happened! Some guys in a hooked up, 7thgen, silver coupe EX stop next to my UHAUL to check out my car, they compliment me on the car, and they drive away. The guys car had way more things done to his car than I had on mine. At that moment I learned that people in AZ are not behind on the import scene like I first thought. It didn't come to my mind that Phoenix is a huge city and that very well known companies like HASport are located in Phoenix.
But don't worry, I recognize now!!

Hi, haven't posted in this forum before, only recently found out about it (I usually only check out the main forums). Anyways, I agree there are a lot more 7thgens modded these days, but still not too much (actually much less than what this thread implies) IMHO. I kinda find it funny that I rarely see modded 7thgens since most of you seem to see them in the places I drive a lot (Chandler & Glendale areas and in between). I saw a real nice light blue 7thgen widebody w/ IS300 tails conversion the other weekend at the Discount Tires on Bell and 43rd ave. I personally don't see too many 7thgens that extremely modded as far as looks go here in AZ. Whoever's 7thgen that was, I gotta say very nice and clean. I didn't really like that widebody conversion till I saw it up close, very clean
