dc header with top speed or any other down pipe

i'm curious i wanna buy a complete full header but none are legal so i was thinking of doing this buying the dc shorty header and adding like a top speed down pipe or whatever downpipe there is with a highflow cat would the dc header and a downpipe line up and bolt together right? let me know your thoughs thanks...

yea i don't see why not because if both products are designed to directly bolt to the stock parts then why shouldn't they fit when bolted together?
