At 55 mph in 5th it adds a 4% load to the engine, so at most around 5hp. Tried it out with an OBDII interface.

but then there is also the weight factor which can't be taken into account on the dyno... having an a/c system is like having another person in the car, its like over 100lbs....

Man I was cruisin on the freeway at about 70, the air flows in MUCH better/cooler at that speed. So I turn the AC off and I noticed the car get a little jolt! I was like "woah! the AC really does take that much out the car?!?!"

I think the jolt just comes from the AC kicking in...

AC does take quite a bit of power, but not 15% like someone said. My guess 5-10%, being more efficient on the highway.

Yeap, seems like when you turn the A/C on and try to move anywhere, its like our HP at flywheel goes from 127 to just 27. Definetly fuccin slow. I got the pulley set on but it dosent help much. Still slow. Just drive w/out A/C on...roll down the windows.

That has been my solution. And to all of you retards who keep posting random numbers, I said it once and I'll say it again. I tested this with a OBD Palm Interface and A/C loaded the engine 4% more. 4%, not 10, not 15, 4. And because of the hampster's that honda is being sued for, that feels like 15%

i got it figured out we have 127 hp at theflywheel and 10 hp at the wheels. so if u turn on the AC it subtracts 15 hp so then whats left over is -5hp hahahaahahhaahhaah
