Question Exhaust Shop

Anyone know a good exhaust shop in PHX? The guy I took my EX to hung my pipe so it sticks way out past the rear bumper and told me the EPA (or something like that) said it had to be flush with the bumper. There are a couple of sweet 7thGens in my apt complex that have their tips set back a bit...just wondering if there is a better shop around.

cool, thanks, I just want to get the muffler moved back a bit under the rear bumper so it doesn't look so ghetto. Not that big of a deal. Thanks for the info though.

Midas fvck'd it up when I tried to get it fixed in the first place. Had it installed (yeah I should have taken it back to the place I should have got it installed..bot oh well) and it was hitting the rear bumper at engine idle speed and making this annoying ticking sound. So I stopped by Midas and asked them to move it back about 2 inches and tuck it up a bit so just the tip stuck out. He said they couldn't move it back any cause the EPA won't let them (or some crap like that) but he stopped it from hitting the underside of the rear bumper by lowering it. Now I heard what sounded like someone banging away with a hammer while waiting for it but I didn't think that it was my car. I suspect he just smacked it with a hammer a few times to get it to hang lower and now it is like an inch below the bumper. Nothing like paying a guy $80 to beat my muffler with a hammer...I could've done that.

Anyway...I just want it installed correctly...I should take it back to the original place that did the work I guess but was hoping to find a shop to do some future work when I start getting into some more serious mods. Part of living in an apt...I hate not having a garage

Scottsdale muffler off 52nd and Thomas. South east courner of Thomas. They do a great job and they don't rip you off. They charge by the job not the hour. Stay far away from Mad Hatter they suck.

I've heard (and seen) some bad things come from Midas. I don't think I've ever seen one from Midas that doesn't rattle like mad or hit the bumper. But what do I know, I still have the ****-shooter stock setup lease:
