damn this story seems almost unreal... this felt like a weird dream

Kinda funny cuz the drama just ended 10 mins ago.
This is long but a story of a man and his struggle to defeat street racers... on his street anyway yea that was corny its kinda long though so make some coffee...

Ok, on July 16 at 3:20 am I awoke to the sound of some loud *** rice muffler. I saw through my window that there was 2 guys racing, I was kinda annoyed that i was awoken but hey it was a race so i saw it. Some mustang and unidentified car (had rsx light swap I THINK) were racing so i though hey cool. Went back to sleep. the next night boom again!!! 2 days later. I awoke again, this time my family woke up too, they got pissed but didnt want to call the cops because they didnt want to seem like complaining residents (aka annoying grandmas who call when there's a loud party). I got mad at my spineless family. the next night again!!!!!!! ok, at this point im like "im callin the cops i have work tommorow." they didnt come said they had a real emergency... I go around asking some neighbors hey whats up? call the cops so i dont look annoying

neighbor "no, then well just look like WE are the only ones calling, besides were not bothered by it"
me "its dangerous you know! someone can crash and hit your car"
neighbor "....no, were not bothered by it *closes door*"

ahhahahah what a dumbass igot got the same reaction from 5 out of my 7 neighbors...what wimps. I live in the wuss capitol of the world. Can they not understand that this illegal crap could eventually hurt someone????



Then on sat the 19, they come back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this time they brought friends (i think a honda and another mustang, classic though) it was 1 am and i just didnt want to deal with this crap no mo' so i call the cops. they come and the racers peel immediatley. that fat *** cop didnt give chase he just knocked on my door and asked what was the problem??? I was like WTF didnt you just see those ricers racing away?? anyway my mom woke up and backed me up so the cop said he would stake the place for a while. I was like yeah im in so i would saty up at night to check out the action


Yeah so the cops do stake out the place, but what i didnt know about the the racers was that there was a scout. They sent a dummy car to scope out the place i could tell it was a scout because when she saw the cop she made a u-turn. the next night i saw her again, she made a u-turn on my driveway and she saw me i was like o **** it is a scout.

so the cops didnt show on the third day and i though they wont come here again nope they know theres a cop here now... i saw that bitch again in her car. she makes a u and 5 mins later vrooooooommmmmmmm... dammit. I though, damn this shizz has got to stop. yes the intricacy of a trap hit my mind

On tuesday the 22nd i set nails on the street at around 1 am... (yea it was risky and innocent person could get a flat or whats worse a tire can explode... but they were those small nails that can only puncture the tire and make a small leak. I theorized that they were using nankangs, or yokohamas falkens... around 235-265/35-40/18-19 so i made some calculations) They came... 3 out of my 5 nails hit the racers not an innocent. cool. the next night i planted 3 nails only 1 eats it. no innocents. the next night i plant again at 2:35 (i was starting to like this now) what the hell luck do i have because ouch... i got caught!!!!!! those damn racers came at that time and i bolted to my home. they stopped and looked at what i was doing. they saw the nails because some guy picked one up and called his friends over then pointed to my home... yep im screwed at this point. but they just leave.... im like wtf??

to make a long story short... they came tonight we called the cops they were arrested for trespassing, 1 guy got aggravated assault, assault and battery i got a ticked for vandalism and reckelessness (the nail thing...) i also got punched in the head
sweet story huh??? i got court on august 17

hahahahhahah my house is in trouble.......

i see how the whole thing is totally annoying. but what about you writing down license plates? i mean that would prolly help the cops al lil.
i understand how its dangerous n all, but to put ****ing nails down, why not tell the guys whuts up and let them know that u dont appriciate it and that they should keep doing it somewhere else cuz the cops are already on the look out.

....yeah my two cents.

man that's pretty wild. you shouldn't have resulted in lowering yourself to them. you shold not have placed those nails on the streets man. would you like that if some random *** kid that saw your car pass by everyday and didn't like the color of it, put nails down. what is he bent a rim?

i am so on your side. what they're doing is disturbing residences and dangerous to pedestrians and to the drivers. but destruction is not the answer. but you coulda got away if you didn't let them know where you lived by running back inside

hey whatever you do, be careful and safe. go to court, do your thing. just hope you don't get into anything more serious than a punch in head.

i understand how u feel and that thoes ppl shouldnt be racing there, but putting nails down? thats just plain wrong! waht the hell are you thinking? ok so u put nails down to stop the LOUD racers. what happens if they run over it and their tires blow? BOOM then they crash into someones car or even worst, their house. hmm not a good deal. i dont care what the situation is NOONE has the right to PURPOSLY put nails on the road. that boys and girls is called DANGEROUS! throw some tiny rocks on the road, i guarantee they wont race on that!

I can see why you would resort to what you did but what happens if someone other than those guys ran over those nails? Unless you were willing to pay for that person's new tires, I don't think you should have done that.

i agree with bluerice, you're endangering other ppl's live. Im sure you can give a sh*tless if those racers spun out and hit your room but think about the innocent bystanders.

the tires you were killing are $100 apiece would it piece you off if someone slashed your tires cause you parked in there spot at work it is a free street let the racers deal with the cops not with you if you dont like it then yeah get lic. plate numbers but dont tear there **** up

Ummm....So you didn't want to call the cops, but you expected your neighbors to want to do it for you?

Did you really care what the racers though of you that much that you didn't call the cops?

Good luck with court though. Hopefully you don't have anything else stupid on your record and they'll probably let you off.

Hmmm, kinda torn on this one. I totally understand the motivation with the nails...it just seems that you could have gone out and confronted them the third or so night and asked them to find another place to race. On the flip side, WTF are they doing racing on residential streets? How fckin stupid are they? Take it to a business area, less cops and not disturbing anyone. Or better yet, go to the local track! I swear, the lack of common decency with some people.

i dont know man...i think what you did was pretty stupid. not only did you get punched, and ticketed, and have to go to court, but now these racers know who you are and where you live, and any one of them can easily do crap to your house or your car or even you...stupid stupid stupid move on your part...and purposely ruining someone's tires like that? come on...thats just cruel. They werent racing to hurt anyone, or to annoy you...they were racing b.c thats what they do...im sure there would have been a better way to go about the situation...

Wow, not asmart idea. Lets take worst case scenario. Car hits nail and crashes. Someone dies. You are up for manslaughter. You go to prison. You are now a prison bitch. Who wins?

Next time call the cops and tell them then video tape it and just drop it with the local cops. Also call you local representative/alderman and start bitching about the racing. You will get legal results.

Oh and good luck with your house now. I am sure this story, from the racers side, has made it around the community. You are in for a lot of harrasment.

Wow....dude, i understand that you were trying to stop them from racing on your streets but that was definatly not the way to handle it. And then to run back to your house....man, i suggest moving. When that court case is done and they find out what they get, they are gonna be soo pissed at you...not to metion you popped their tires...words of wisdom...watch your back, your car, and your house...they will be coming for u...next time just video it..peace
