Removing Windsheild Washer System

Removing Windsheild Washer System
I'm installing my CF hood and I'm not going to install to drill for windshiled washers so how do i go about removing the whole system. The lines go all the way to the front reservoir but I cant seems to fully pull them out. Must i take out the bumper to remove the reservoir and the rest of the line?

Rep Power: 0 well what i did, is i just took an empty milk jug and drained the whole tank of the fluid, then after a while i actually took off my whole bumer and removed the whole tank because it would be useless. i think i'm gonna put a tv screen there so i can get some points for shows. that or i'll make a mister kinda setup for my intercooler
