Exhaust Smell

i just installed my new OBX axle-back today, and it sounds AMAZING!!! it has the deepest and sportiest tones ever!! there is one problem though, it smells really bad coming out of there. does anyone else have this with an aftermarket exhaust? is there anything to do to fix this? it smells so bad, i dont even think it would pass emissions. i didnt replace the resonator or cat or anything, so i dont know why it smells so bad. any help would be greatly apprecaited. thanks.

This will probably get moved......but......I think that's normal. Your engine is just getting used to it. It will eventually go away, like in the next few days. There's nothing you can do really. Unless, it's really bad and won't go away, then I'd take into a shop and see what's goin on.

You can reset your ECU either by using the PGM tester at a Honda dealership, or by disconnecting the negative terminal from your battery.

Be sure to have your factory radio code handy, though. Otherwise when you plug the negative terminal back in you won't be able to use the radio/CD player.
