What does everyone think about piggyback systems and standalone systems? I'm no expert on engine management electronics, but i feel that piggy back systems, no matter how many you have, will always be limited as opposed to stand alone systems such as AEM's EMS and HKS's v-con pro something or other. i figure that once you have forced induction, a stand alone is gonna be needed to fine tune the engine parameters, but it seems like everyone who i have seen with FI only have piggybacks. One last question, has anyone heard of a HKS product out called something like "V con pro" or seomthing like that? It seems to be a product as innovative as the AEM EMS, but seems to be unpopular. I think i also read that only HKS dealers can toy around with them. But on the plus side, you got someone who knows how to tune cars tinkering with the engine and there are preset maps for JDM cars, so you could have your swapped sr20det running like a real JDM sr20det. sorry this is such a long post, but i'm not very knowledgable in the engine management field.
