Question when you get pulled over.
I have heard if you get pulled over, you can ask to see the radar. And if he will not show you the radar, you can use this in court to get out of the ticket. Is this true?

I don't think he has to. I've heard of cops tailing behind you to use their speedometer to see how fast you're going and then use that.

Cops have certified speedometers and can use that in court.
