New Colorado Laws

For those who haven't got the word there are some new Colorado laws that have just been passed.

It is now illegal to drive in the left lane on the Interstate unless you are passing slower traffic. Not sure on the fine for this one.

You can no longer talk on your cell phone while driving unless using a hands free headset. $100 fine.

Chris, does AZ have either of these...we need them...how many times do I have to get almost killed by an SUV that drives in the left lane at 5 under then when they wont move over for me as soon as I pass in the right lane they move over with out looking until we get this law...oregon has that law too...we need it

AZ doesnt have these laws. I do like both laws though.

In the case where you try to be the passer and the passie speeds up to block you...thats illegal for the passie if done on a two lane (one way each way) road.

The 'No Overtaking on the Left' law is for a one lane road with a shoulder.
