My opinion is that the god damn Newspeed springs are reeking havock on our car..
Every bump dip etc etc is killing the suspension..I actually think im really dammaging everthing underneath also its scrapping like crazy..
So im going back to stock ..yeah that sucks but i have people in the car etc etc etc and we are probably trading it in for the 2006 Sir yep you heard me ....
If its all whats it expected we are getting the 2006 Civic Sir coupe .........
So here is the deal..Ill sell them 100 cash if someone helps me uninstall and put the new ones in..
i might even go down to 80..
They are brand new one month old....
I miss the 2005 ride quality of our car and how smooth it was soaking up bumps etc etc etc ....
with the lip kit im scrapping everywhere i go.. Just last week I had to pry out 2 midgets from underneath
Ok so help me out and for 80 they are yours
I paid 200 plus for them ..

Marc ... what neuspeed springs did you put ? Neuspeed Sports or Race ?
Mines fine with the Sports ... but then again I only have 30,000 km on my 2002. I guess if your struts are older they might sag more ? Maybe ? Plus the kit makes it lower.
So my question is what are you doing with your lip kit ... and does it fit on a coupe ??? Keep me in mind. Peace

Marc, dude lowering springs will make you ride more rough, weren't you aware of that? and of course you'll scrape! I've had mine on for over a year, with no problems, so have Mike, and Freddy. Oh well, too bad you don't like them, you car looked good lowered. And why all of a sudden do you want to go with a 2006 Sir? you just got your car mang!

Marc ... I have an SI ... and there is no problems for me with hitting bumps or scraping.
I even make it over speed bumps with no problems. If I had a lip kit I might scrape a little bit ... But not enough to scrape on every bump in the road.

Hhahahahaha!!!! D'ya see that honey!!!! It's up to Da lady!!!! Sparky rocks!!!!!!
It's funny how when I drive the car, I try to avoid pot holes and rarely scrape on speed humps.....BUT....when _viper_ drives......it's a hole different story!!!!!!!!!! It's like he aims for the pot holes and tries to jump the speed bumps!!!!!! THAT"S why the car is scraping!!!!! I dunno what to else to say .....but ....
(This is for my dear significant other _VIPER_!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as for the 2006 sir ??????WTF?????? you haven't told me about THOSE plans!!!!!!
Are you out of your Freakin' mind!!!!!!!!!!!!! For starters, I'm not getting a 2 door ...... (kid (s) involved...remember???) AND...we just GOT this one........I like it and I want to enjoy it a little bit more than just a year before we trade it for something else....don't forget, we'll have to get a hole new body kit, new wheels, new this , new that........and I just want to enjoy what we have right now!!!!!!!! I want a standerd car really bad too.....but as you told me in the first place.....our civic will be an ALL SHOW NO GO...and that's fine with me....I'm not ready to kill myself driving a fast car right now so lets enjoy what we have........I think we get plenty of attention....You attention *****!!!!
Do I make sense??? anyone???

Derek, you're used to the nice roads in Florida. They don't have to endure frost down there
You should be ok with 1.5"
Just steer clear of the BIG bumps i.e. manholes, nature holes etc etc
