Liro is an unknown quantity at this point

Are there any D1 fans here?

There are going to be lots of events this year in the states and I'd kill to see them for real...any one up for taking a trip to CA or SEA for an event?

I cant find coverage in english for the japanese D1 anywhere....

i know you are...but you're not in ottawa...

is there anywhere on the web that has english coverage? like point standings? how do you keep up with whats going on?

I went to go see it in december. Flew myself down to checkout the JGTC and D1GP (it just aired on tv recently). It rocked!

I'm going to cali to see it again in december (10/11 2005). I'm going regardless, so I'll post up in july when i book my plane ticket, to see who's interested.

the weekend passes were jokes: $60 USD!!! so cheap! for an extra $20 USD, we sat in the VIP section which had an awesome view of both the JGTC and the D1...****** sweet!

airline was $469 taxes in. hotel/food was free because my brother in law was down there on bidness. fun times!

i'm goin again this year for sure. I'll post up when i've got my **** together.

oh yeah: I AM NOT CONNECTING THROUGH TORONTO! that airport is the biggest POS in the world!

honestly, why should i have to take a freakin bus ONTO THE HIGHWAY just to catch my connection?!?!?! hesus!

never again.

i will be in LAX may 23...but only for a stop over

i think i would be seriously overstimulated at a d1 and jgtc event...

btw...orido is driving in d1 now...does anyone know for what team?

no no, orido is a judge in D1. he was driving for RS*R, but kinda took a step back and does the judging.

it was hilarious because he didn't qualify for the US vs. Japan D1 tourney hehehehe

he sucked, and everyone (especially Tsuchiya Keiichi) made fun of him for sucking so bad during qualifying

heheheehe

oh, and I met Tsuchiya Keiichi, eh? got his autograph and my pic with him. I LOVE HIM! heehhee
